Vigils for Life
The Helpers of God’s Precious Infants will conduct vigils for life at two area parishes. A vigil will be held on Saturday, Aug. 2 at Christ the King Church. Following Mass at 7 a.m., the clergy and congregation will pray the rosary at a nearby abortion center. A vigil will also be held Aug. 2 at 8 a.m. at St. Agnes Church, West Chester. Following the Mass, the group will pray the rosary at a nearby abortion site.

Day at the Bay
Hallahan and Roman Catholic High School alumni associations will sponsor their annual “Day at the Bay” on Sunday, Aug. 3 at Keenan’s in North Wildwood. For ticket information, call Hallahan at 215-568-3081 or Roman at 215-627- 5487.

Festival
Sacred Heart Church, Swedesburg, will hold its 37th Annual Polish Festival from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, July 25; 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, July 26; and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, July, 27. This event will include music, homemade Polish food, games, raffles and fun for the whole family. Free admission and parking. For more information, call 610-275-1750.

Conference
The Catholic Charismatic Renewal of the Diocese of Scranton will hold it’s 26th annual conference, “There are different gifts, but the same Spirit,” at the University of Scranton on Aug. 1, 2, and 3. The conference will also offer a children’s tract for ages 5 through 11 and a youth tract presented by a team of youth ministers for ages 12 through 18.
